Hi, my name is Chloe Plesset. I was born in LA, California, but was pretty much raised outside of Raleigh, North Carolina. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my 3-legged mutt named Roo. We go on long hikes, take trips to the dog park, and chase sunsets! Dogs have always been a great part of my life and I started volunteering/fostering dogs when I was about 12 years old and to this day continue to help where I can. My goal is to contact animal shelters in the area in order to set up teen volunteers for our middle schoolers on the weekends. If you or your child is interested in this opportunity, please feel free to reach out and we can communicate as I get more specifics.

I am dually certified as a teacher in both the special education curriculum  (K-12) and general education curriculum (K-6) and received my bachelors degree through Western Carolina University.  My philosophy puts an emphasis on inclusion in order to meet the needs of the diverse learners that I work with. I am charismatic and full of passion, especially when it comes to teaching children. I love helping students in a way that is unique and I understand that each student is an individual and I do my best to modify assignments in a way that is fun and engaging to meet the needs of any particular student.
