After a successful career in the business world, particularly in outdoor industry sales, Mr. Steve
recently followed his passion for learning and education by transitioning into teaching. He now
teaches 4th and 5th grade Social Studies and Science, where he enjoys helping students
explore the world around them and understand how people, places, events, and natural
systems are connected.
A lifelong traveler and outdoor enthusiast, Mr. Steve has a deep appreciation for different
cultures, landscapes, and perspectives. His experiences traveling throughout the world have
fueled his curiosity about how societies develop, how historical events shape our lives, and how
scientific principles explain the world we live in. He brings these real-world experiences into the
classroom to make learning engaging, relevant, and meaningful.
Mr. Steve believes that curiosity is one of the most important qualities a student can develop.
Whether investigating a scientific phenomenon or examining a historical event, he encourages
students to ask questions, think critically, and seek evidence-based answers. His goal is to
create a classroom where students feel inspired to explore, discover, and become lifelong
learners.
